Job description
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our post office in Hollywood, FL. We have an open position for a candidate with or without experience, but with a keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Google programs, spreadsheet management, and social media utilization would be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities:
· Receive and process orders at the post office
· Offer and sell products available at the post office, such as stationery and gifts
· Provide a high level of customer service by offering professional consultations and recommendations
· Work with Google programs and spreadsheets to effectively manage orders and inventory
· Actively promote products and services through social media and other communication channels
· Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages to communicate with customers in different languages
Requirements:
· High adaptability and willingness to continuously improve
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for successful interaction with customers and colleagues
· Proficiency in working with Google programs and spreadsheets
· Knowledge of major social media platforms and ability to utilize them effectively for product promotion
· Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
· Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages to communicate with customers in different languages
