Vapourz Lounge are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, hard working individual to assist our busy stores in South West London. Full time and part time positions are available for those who know the ins and outs of vaping whether professionally or as a hobby.

Guiding customers through our vape products ensuring they are confident with their choice of vape.

Job Responsibilities will include

• Keeping the shelves stocked and clean, rearranging stock when necessary.
• Help customers to find the right products, whether that’s a disposable vape or a new e-liquid, you’ll know how to find the perfect match for the customer.
• Understand and explain nicotine and alternatives to smoking to our customers
• Scanning in new stock and managing stock in EPOS system
• Updating customer points and rewards
• Understand the basics of CBD products and make recommendations to our customers.

Person Specification

• Confident, polite and friendly
• Take initiative and complete tasks as and when you see them, you should be able to tell when stock needs replenishing or something needs tidying up.
• Willing to learn and grow within the company - although the role is retail based, our organisation is growing.
• Passionate and understanding attitude and being able to give advice to our customers

Positions to be filled

Full Time Sales Assistant - Clapham High Street & Tooting Broadway Store

• 10 Hour Shifts, 6 days a week including Friday and Weekends
• Applicants must be over 18 and have some experience with vaping. Ideal candidates would be within 30/60 minutes from the store, so please ensure you check travel time before applying and be comfortable with travelling to our store locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 60 per week

Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
