What you will be responsible for:
- Develop new customers via prospecting and following up on Company generated leads.
- Plan and coordinate product training for surgeons (didactic and cadaveric)
- Develop positive, enduring relationships with our customer
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows and labs as requested
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key account personnel within their assigned areas in order to support selling, market development, service efforts, clinical events and business continuity
- Provide feedback to marketing on product design to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Collect purchase orders from customers
- Ensure trays are delivered and retrieved for each surgery and the trays are properly stocked and maintained
- Engage customers in the Company’s Physician Outreach Program

What you will bring to the role:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required and at least two (2) year of successful sales experience, field experience preferred. Alternatively, bachelor’s degree is required and at least one (1) year of successful sales experience, field experience preferred.
- Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and overnight travel up to 20% of the time.
- Must be willing and able to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements (Reptrax, other).
- A valid drivers license and current vehicle insurance policy.
