Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strong connections with a group of Chinese international students and gain insights into their early employment aspirations and industry preferences.
• Utilize your expertise and experience to conduct targeted industry analysis and provide tailored career development recommendations.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate job coaching courses by offering comprehensive consultations and sales support.
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and support.
• Collaborate with the team to devise effective sales strategies and collectively achieve individual and team sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in renowned UK companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of multiple industries such as finance, consulting, technology, marketing, education, etc.
• Strong consulting and sales skills, enabling you to identify customer needs and suggest suitable job coaching courses.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English languages.
• Possess a collaborative mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities to excel in high-pressure environments.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary and benefits package, with a salary range of £50,000 to £70,000, along with additional year-end bonuses.
