Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our successful Distrigo Parts Distribution Centre in Norwich supplying all makes and models of Parts to the automotive industry.
You will manage both in and out-bound calls as well as email enquiries; identifying parts requirements, providing advice and support to trade customers and promoting products and offers to secure sales.
To succeed in this role you will need a natural flair for sales, fantastic communication skills and the ability to nurture relationships with repeat customers, providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations on every interaction.
We are looking for the following…
- Ability to actively identify and convert sales opportunities
- Passion and drive for exceeding targets
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills over the telephone
- Competence in Microsoft packages
- Good attention to detail

Salary
£26,000.00 - £28,00.000 OTE
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, Saturday mornings on a rota basis
