Job Title: Full-Time Sales Assistant
Location: West Hampstead, London
Job Description: We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at our West Hampstead store. This role is full time and includes shifts on weekends and evenings. It is a fixed contract for the month of August, with a trial process to evaluate suitability and potential for a longer-term position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing their inquiries
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
- Support the store in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and on a full-time basis
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
