We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Progression Manager to join our team and also manage a sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, be able to use their own initiative and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of comission based sales representitives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales.
- Stay up-to-date on product information and pricing.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
