Immediate Start - Field sales Executive
(Broadband to the home)
Our client has been installing super-fast fibre to the local community and now are looking for enthusiastic people to join their team to talk to people in the community and at home to share the good news they can now have super-fast broadband.
Our network, which we own and have built, is 100% full fibre. We install it directly into our business customer’s premises and into our consumer’s homes, which is how we provide the best speeds for both downloads and uploads. We provide the fastest broadband speeds at the best prices with the best service. We are rated 4.6 out of 5 by customers on Trustpilot. As we have the best products, best prices, and best service, we are growing fast effectively doubling every year. We are passionate and love working with local communities. Job Purpose: We are looking for people who are confident communicators, who can strike a rapport and engage with our prospects and are self-motivated to go and represent our clients and sell on the doorstep. If you have Field Marketing or Retail sales experience that’s great. If you haven’t, but have the personality and drive, our Sales Managers will train you and show you how to succeed in our team and with unlimited commission available, as we have the best broadband commission scheme.
Working as a member of our Field Sales Team means becoming one of the faces of our client. You embody the brand and as such have one of the most important roles within the ever-expanding team. It is important to be able to effectively engage and work with prospects, as well as work as part of a diverse and highly efficient team. This role requires highly motivated individuals, who understand that every contact with a potential customer, whether they buy or not, will impact on future sales as building the brand through word of mouth can deliver great returns.
Confirming fully compliant orders with customers Working with your Sales Manager to develop your sales techniques and those of your colleagues. The experience we’re looking for you to bring: Direct face to face sales on the doorstep or in retail is helpful, but not essential Strong verbal communication skills, self-motivation, drive and the ability to engage easily with people is essential Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively Reliable Cool under pressure Good sense of humour always helps!
