Joining us as our Sales Executive, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills and previous sales experience, particularly in a cold selling environment as you will be accountable for the delivery of the network growth strategy.
You must be able to generate leads, build strong relationships and have exceptional planning and organising skills to follow up calls to potential customers, while having the confidence to close sales. This role offers a mixture of working from home and three days a week in our Melton Mowbray office!
What will I be doing?
You'll be:
- A stickler for detail: Attention to detail is key as you ensure all sales admin tasks are completed whilst also measuring and reporting on performance and results.
- A confident communicator: You are the person to follow up on sales leads/lead generation whilst also identifying potential garages and making effective sales calls, then managing the sales cycle to close new business.
What do I need?
You'll need:
- Automotive market knowledge is desirable but not essential
- The ability to utilise data and report accurately
- A proven track record of sales growth
Education and Qualifications:
- A good level of IT literacy
Personal Characteristics:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in an objective and consultative manner with all audience levels
- A self-starter with high levels of self-motivation, energy and initiative
