We are now looking for hard-working and driven Junior Sales Executives to join the company as it continues to grow at an exciting rate!
Role Summary: Reporting into the Sales Manager you will join an established sales team targeted on developing new business and assisting senior BDM's. Operating at C-level you will prospect from a database, respond to marketing leads and source prospects from LinkedIn research. The position is varied, fun and fast paced and would suit a recent graduate or someone with some previous sales experience.

First 3 months
- Learn a lot!
- Develop the imperative skills to further your career in sales
- Develop relationships with C-Level executives
- Cold calling, prospecting decision makers
- Prospect potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule appointments
- Help more senior sales colleagues and learn as you watch!
- Perform outreach via phone, email, and through social channels to gain interest and generate leads
- Consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month
- Share your opinions and insights with sales leadership - you'll be the one speaking with our future customers all day!
- Cold calling, closing decision makers
- Begin to learn and understand the full sales process
- Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
The ideal candidate:
- Educated to degree level
- Fluency in English
- Some previous sales experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in target driven environment
- Confident and adaptable
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
