We are looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and helping to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide assistance to customers in locating products and services.
- Assist customers with product selection and ordering.
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Process payments and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
