We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with sales and marketing activities, such as creating promotional materials, researching potential customers, and managing admin work up to date. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to think creatively to come up with innovative solutions to challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Create promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Manage customer relationships and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development of sales plans and budgets.
- Work with the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure day to day tasks are up to date.
- Offer administrative support to the team.
- Create a monthly internal newsletter.
- Experience: Junior
Person Specification:
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Confident MS Office user, highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team, with a logical approach to problem solving.
- Computer literate, tech-savvy – able to pick up technical knowledge easily.
- Relaxed/no-hassle approach when dealing with customers.
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills to deal with incoming customer enquiries.
- Copywriting and proof-reading skills (Preferable).
Additional Information:
- £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year depending on ability and experience.
- Hours: Mon-Sat: Flexi-time (40 hours).
