SP Data Digital is currently seeking Remote Sales Specialists who will be connecting with existing customers to upgrade or replace decommissioned equipment, upgrade existing packages, renew contracts, and manage customer accounts. The successful candidates are those that can provide a professional connection to residential customers, analyzing current needs and enhance their experience through recommending new products

What you will be doing:

  • Handle inbound calls from our existing customers working in our Work from Home operating environment
  • Build rapport, create great customer experiences by presenting product and service solutions that resolve customer requests
  • This includes asking probing questions, actively listening, explaining benefits, handling objections
  • Be sales focused, driving incremental revenue by upselling our products to existing customers
  • Achieve multiple performance metrics to earn uncapped monthly commissions
  • Comfortable with some outbound calling depending on business needs and managing multiple applications
  • Manage call flows and provide first call resolution
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

What you bring:

  • At least 6 months experience selling a product or service; upselling experience preferred
  • At least 6 months experience in customer service
  • Experience in call center environment is a plus
  • Completed high school diploma or higher
  • Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand

Important Details:

  • Permanent full time hours of work: Shift timings are between Monday - Sunday: 10:00 AM-10:00 PM, 5 days a week,8 hours shift.
  • Ability to commute to our Toronto location on designated day to pick up equipment
  • Must have a dedicated and distraction free workspace
  • Internet connection MUST be hardwired to router with ethernet cable (No WIFI)
  • Internet speeds of minimum 15Mbps Download/6Mbps Upload
  • Headset with microphone (USB)
  • Built-in or extended Webcam
