Sonic Stone is looking for Area Sales Representatives with previous sales experience within the Natural & Sintered Stone Industry to sell & promote our wide range of Natural Stone, Quartz, Terrazzo, Ceramic & Porcelain products.
We are looking for 2-3 sales people that have worked within the stone/worktop/KBB industry for a minimum of 1 year. Ideally, the right candidate will have had previous experience working for stone fabrication companies, and previous experience in quoting/estimating.
It is essential that candidates have previous experience in the kitchen worktops or/and stone industry, candidates with no relevant experience will not be considered.
Remuneration Package: £18,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum (according to experience and capabilities), uncapped bonus structure based on performance, laptop, mobile phone, pension contributions, 25+8 days holiday and excellent opportunities for career progression.

Requirements:
* Previous sales experience gained within the worktop - fabrication - kitchen & Bathroom studio business;
* Strong written & verbal commuinication skills;
* Basic math skills;
* Computer-literate (Word, Excel, internet, email);
* Well presented with a sharp eye for detail;
* Meeting and greeting clients when they come into the showroom;
* Ability to take detailed information from the client to provide quotations.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
* Punctuality and excellent time management;
* Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem-solving ability;
* Monitoring products performance and stock levels;
* Converting enquiries into sales at required margins by working closely with the technical, purchasing and estimation departments;
* Maintain up-to-date information about our competitors and their products;
* Commercial awareness;
* Collaborating and working with clients, establish specifications, and provide technical information, and samples, plus provide the best advice to assist clients in choosing the right stone materials for their projects;
* Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers;
* Understand alternative products, and offer price-effective solutions where required;
* Track all live projects in real-time to ensure they are secured, and completed as per schedule;
