The Sinclair Group are looking for a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our team as a Fleet Sales Administrator to be based at our Volkswagen dealership in Cardiff.
Job Title: Fleet Sales Administrator
Location: Volkswagen Cardiff
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Position Pays: £23,000 plus bonus
The Opportunity:
Our Fleet Sales Administrators support the day to day running of our operational department by providing high quality administrative support to our Fleet Sales Executives in our busy Volkswagen division. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace whilst providing a first-class service.
You will be responsible for:
- Updating status reports daily
- Taxing and invoicing fleet new and used vehicles
- Inputting new vehicle invoices/credits daily
- Perform adhoc accounts duties and general administrative responsibilities
- Maintaining effective liaison with the retail sales team, forming a strong sense of teamwork within the Sales department.
- Ensure timely feedback of information to appropriate persons
- Delivering excellent customer service, and conducting yourself in a professional manner when handling customer vehicle and administration enquiries.
Key requirements for the role:
- Previous administration experience is essential and experience of working within fleet administration would be an advantage
- Computer Literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Kerridge /ADP experience would be advantageous
- Confident communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully as a team player with a thorough approach to work
