Job description
Furniture Sales Assistant
Due to rapid growth within our business we are looking to expand our team within our family run home & garden centre. We are now seeking a Furniture Sales Assistant who can help customers with both indoor and outdoor furniture.
Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer experience from welcoming customers and engaging with them right through to closing a sale at the till point.
- Assess customers needs and offer informed advice to help them choose relevant products
- Provide solutions to customers where products may not be available or customers are requiring further information
- Suggesting relevant products to support their current purchase
- Assist the team in checking and unpacking deliveries into the department
- Ensuring the department is immaculately presented at all times and stock replenished as required
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full in-house training will be provided.
