Key duties will be:
- Acting as a main point of contact for vendors and buyers - delivering a first class service and building good business relationships
- Marketing new and existing properties, promoting to the buyers database and arranging photography + home reports
- Handling property enquiries – arranging and following up viewings
- Professionally negotiating sales - gathering viewing feedback + setting and managing closing dates
- Assisting new business development by booking and following up valuations, promoting the company services
- Working as a team player alongside colleagues to ensure sales targets and business objectives are met
- All connected general administration
Candidates for this role should ideally have property experience. It’s essential that you are sales driven with excellent people/customer service skills and a target driven approach. You should work well in a team, enjoy negotiating and have confident all round IT/admin ability. Full time permanent position working 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, salary based on experience with very attractive OTE and incentives on offer……
