As a Trainee Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding the customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively reaching out to potential customers to promote insurance products and services and make sales using the businesses data pool.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively communicating the unique value propositions of the company's insurance offerings.
- Conducting needs assessments and providing tailored insurance solutions to clients.

Hours
Mon-Fri (Shifts)
Early - 08:30am - 16:50pm
Middle - 10:00am - 18:20pm
Late - 12:45pm - 21:00 pm (once per week)
Weekends - You will work two weekends a month either the Saturday or the Sunday 9am-5pm.
Basic Salary £22k basic plus commission where you can earn upwards of £40k per annum uncapped depending on your ability.
