Virtual Sales Representative – IN OFFICE
Salary - $45k -$150K
Location - Atlanta, GA

We are expanding our virtual sales team to enhance the customer experience and streamline our sales process. This team will identify homeowners who need a roof replacement, gain agreement and be able to help them go through the whole roof replacement process (of course not the labor of putting on a new roof) VIRTUALLY. This cutting-edge technology will not only improve our efficiency, but it will also provide our customers with a more seamless and convenient experience. No more driving or knocking on business or homeowners' doors – If you have a strong work ethic and are a closer, you will be very successful in this lucrative role in a trendy office in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound sales calls to weather-impacted customers to generate interest in products or services
- Actively listen and understand customers’ needs to properly overcome objections.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in a CRM system.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales quota.
- Virtual presentations to customers.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Positive attitude: A positive attitude and confident demeaner can help build rapport with customers and overcome objections.
- Self-motivation: A successful phone salesperson is driven to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Strong Communication skills: The ability to communicate with customers clearly and effectively over the phone is crucial in this role.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills: An ideal candidate should be able to effectively persuade and negotiate with customers to close sales.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing customer needs, trends, and customer offerings, is important in this role.
- Performance-driven mindset: The ideal candidate should have a track record of achieving sales goals and be motivated by results.
