We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers with products, and promoting products and services. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. The Sales Assistant will also be expected to handle administrative tasks such as processing sales, maintaining inventory, and tracking sales data.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and sales.
- Identify potential customers and build relationships with them.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
