Overview:

The Food Service Sales Representative for Food Service will execute a selling strategy in assigned accounts. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Customers for this segment may include: Access, Recreation Amusement, Hotels/Motels, Movie Theaters, Gaming, Special Events, Foodservice Government, Large Format FSV/FTN, Small Format FSV/FTN accounts. Role will also include execution of Annual AOP priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
  • Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Forecasting responsibility
  • Beverage Optimizer management
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
