JOB DESCRIPTION & PERSON SPECIFICATION
Location: Headington, Oxford
Position: Sales Advisor
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm, Thursday & Friday
Salary: £11-12 (Dependent on experience)
Contract: Part-time, permanent
DAY TO DAY TASKS
- Dealing with all sales hire enquiries via email and phone
- Inputting and amending all hire jobs on to a CRM system
- Sending delivery notes to Warehouse
- Tracking missing stock
- Ordering non stock items
- Linen stock check (weekly basis)
- Creating payment links and invoices to customers
- Regularly updating all OEH social media platforms
- Updating OEH website
SKILLS IDEALLY REQUIRED
- Previous event / catering experience preferable
- A polite, friendly and personable manner
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate and good IT skills
