Air Source Heat Pump Sales Executive - Glasgow
Earnings £55 - £75k (OTE) (Uncapped)
Optama Renewables have tripled in size in the last 12 months. As a Home Energy Scotland and ECO4 approved specialist installers we help customers access grants that have been set aside by the Energy companies and Scottish Government to improve the energy efficiency of homes throughout Scotland. We install air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and efficient heating systems throughout Scotland.
As a direct result of this growth we are looking to add to the Air Source Heat Pump team. This is an exciting opportunity with great growth potential for the right individual. The magnitude of the grant funding (c75% of the price to the customer is met by free grant) and the direct impact that it has on people’s homes means that we have an exceptionally high conversion rate and an abundance of quality inbound leads every day!
The transition to renewables is seeing exponential growth. Although sales experience in the domestic heating sector is not a pre-requisite, this role may suit someone who has traditionally sold gas boilers and wants to expand their experience into the renewables sector.
In the role you will be :
- Attending 2-3 pre-qualified appointments per day
- Provide consultation and advice on the chosen products
- Build customer relationships
You must have:
- Track record of B2C sales
- High attention to detail and take pride in your work
- A passion for over delivering on targets
- A desire to continually improve
- The ability to use your own initiative and able to manage your own workload
- Be punctual and be professional always whilst representing the company
