We are a family run business based in Dorset, manufacturing our own range of raw food in our APHA fully licensed factory. We source, process, sell and advise. Priding ourselves on the quality of our raw food and the condition of our customers four legged friends.
We are expanding and have a full time vacancy in our Head Office in Upton.
The role of Customer Service -Sales representative is a brand new, exciting opportunity to demonstrate excellent customer service, process sales and create sales opportunities.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries by phone, email, social media and via the website
- Process internet and telephone orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maximisingsales volume
- Providing support to customers (both consumer and business) by providing product information, product delivery information as well as resolving product and service problems
- Ensure phones lines are always kept open
- Interacting with Management to ensure communication is always prevalent.
- Advise customers with out of stock items of suitable alternatives
- Keeping accurate records of all enquiries
Person specification
- Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable
- Be able to deal effectively with customers
- Be a confident communicator with a good telephone manner
- Experience in outbound and inbound sales
- Be able to demonstrate a friendly and vibrant approach to customer service
- Proficient in Excel with good numeracy skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organisations and administrative skills
- Competent in Microsoft office suite
