Take a key role in leading and developing the District Nursing (DN) service within EHSCP, providing expert professional knowledge and advice and ensuring clinical excellence in assessment of care needs, evaluation of care plan and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in partnership with patients and families.
To work with the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) and appropriate others in the enhancement and strategic development of the existing services as well as the development of any new services based on the needs of the community, working collaboratively with statutory and non-statutory agencies and provide expert professional knowledge
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
Please note: As this post maybe part-time the salary will be pro-rata.
