Note: This is a 1099 independent contract position and not an employee role. There is not hourly pay but you get 40% commission of net profits on your sales.
Our CEO, Brendan, has over 15 years of experience in the industry and knows that success in this role comes down to hard work, adaptability, and great communication skills. This is a recession-proof business due to being government-related and it's also flexible, allowing you to choose your own schedule and work style. We have successful reps who work every other day for example.
It may take 2-3 months to build new relationships with government buyers, but the rewards are significant. Whether you have existing customers you can leverage or not, we are happy to work with you and offer as much training as you want. We can listen in on your calls and let you know what to say to get closer to closing a deal as the specifics of this industry can be a lot to remember at first. Once you have enough solid buyers you'll be set to focus mostly on repeat business from customers and spend less time prospecting for new customers.
You'll meet government buyers at military bases, DOJ, FDA, FAA, etc. We have lists of numbers for military bases and sometimes have numbers for other government agencies so you can focus on calling. We work remotely through Discord, and the team is in a voice call about 12 hours a day so we are always there to support and help you.
Our goal is to go public one day which won't be easy, but we hope to find some amazing people to join us on this journey.
