Mentorly Sales Position

Mentorly is a SAAS digital solution that powers growth via on-demand mentorship within organizations, corporations, and non profits. We currently serve B2B clients across Canada and the USA and work with program managers to help them scale and implement their mentorship programs.
We are currently looking for a Sales Representative with a passion for developing strong connections with clients and bringing them in as paid partners.
You will be responsible for:
- Building a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Monitoring pipeline churn
- Leading high-level conversations with HR managers, Program Managers, and Executives
- Be in charge of our Outbound channels and lead sourcing
- Take the lead through demo - close full cycles of sale
- Using your personal network to tap into pools of leads
What we are looking for:
- Experience in outbound sales, inbound sales, and product demos
- Experience in selling SAAS products or other HR software
- Resourcefulness, determination, positivity, empathy and strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to execute quickly and achieve goals

Starting salary: Negotiable, starts at Base $50,000 + higher than industry avg commission
Must have 1) Cover letter 2) CV 3) Letter of recommendation 4) Past sales generation 5) Experience in Software sales, and SaaS software
