Job description
An exciting opportunity to join a well established leading independent agency as a Sales Negotiator.
Sales experience is not a prerequisite, however experience in a sales role and of customer service is.
The role has the following functions :
· Conducting viewings at properties
· Establishing prospective buyers requirements over the phone
· Taking photos of properties
· Liaising with sellers to agree sales
· Carrying out basic administration
· Social media marketing of properties
Required abilities
· Ability to work under own initiative
· Excellent customer service
· Excellent communication skills
· Time management
· Problem solving
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Full UK Driving Licence

· Alternate Saturday working is required for which time off in lieu is given.

Salary £20K - £30k + OTE
