The Opportunity:
Serving Hospitals, Long Term Care facilities and Regional Health Authorities, our team delivers nursing staff to facilities that require addition resources. As the MAGNUS Business Development Specialist for your region, you will grow existing accounts (that you will be provided & compensated for), but your main focus will be to GROW your region and deliver new accounts to your recruitment team who supports the fulfillment of the new customer. You also will work closely with the fulfilment team, ensuring that deployment and onboarding run smoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Delivery: 90% of position responsibility
Prospecting new business opportunities in your territory.
Identifying, qualifying, and closing leads and sales opportunities in a timely and consistent basis.
Managing, growing and servicing existing accounts.
Providing regular and accurate forecasts on a weekly basis.
Building and maintaining an expert knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
Consistently representing MAGNUS in a professional manner during meetings, calls and internal communication.
Consistently meeting or exceeding minimum sales targets.
Sales Administration: 10% of position responsibility
Regularly populates company information systems.
Work with recruitment and deployment teams via scheduled meetings.
Collaboratively work with contracted healthcare worker and the MAGNUS internal team
Requirements:
You're a goal-oriented business development professional with strong closing and relationship building skills.
You're a master of oral and written communication with excellent presentation skills.
You like speaking and connection with groups of customers.
You have great interpersonal skills including patience and you always listen intently before providing a solution
Objection handling is your "cup of tea".
You convey a professional image and a positive attitude
You're adaptable and can be flexible in a variety of situations.
Compensation:
This role pays a healthy base salary, provides commissions on day one from a customer base you will be provided to grow within a territory that can easily 10x in size. The first year target income is $105,000-$135,000 and can easily exceed $200,000 in your second year if you commit fully to the position.
