We have just opened our new office and wish to expand the team and take on a Sales Negotiator and provide the right candidate with the opportunity to create a career in a thriving industry. The role could either be full time, part time, but will included Saturday on a rota.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Booking and generating Valuations
- Booking, generating, and attending property viewings
- Following up viewing appointments with phone calls
- Content creation for social media platforms
- Ensuring legal compliance requirements are met
- Supporting Clients through the sale / purchase of the property & providing regular updates
- Working with the Valuer to ensure we’re providing the best possible customer experience
- Assist in preparing property marketing details (photographs and brochure descriptions)
- Assist the property Valuer in carrying out marketing tasks aimed at Business Growth
- Meeting and greeting customers on entry to the branch
- The maintenance and upkeep of sales records for evaluation purposes
- Other admin duties as required
The successful Sales Negotiator will have the following skill set:
- Some sales experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- A natural problem-solver
- An interest in content creation for social media platforms
- Great time management
- Organised
- Professional mannerism
- Sales experience/background will be favourable
- Self-starter
