We have exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our sales team at Lloyd MINI/BMW, Cockermouth retailer.
Your role
You will champion sales interactions from the moment our customers step foot on the forecourt, to the moment they driver away in their new car. As a key member of the Sales Team, without the pressure of selling, your role will assist in delivering a world class customer experience, as well as assisting the sales Team as an integral part of the department.
Duties include
- Provide a tailored handover experience for each customer, ensuring customers have had a full introduction to all features available within their vehicle.
- Offering a professional relationship with our customers once they have left, to ensure any follow up queries are effortless for our customers to ask.
- Dealing with all departments to ensure every vehicle is prepared correctly for each customer handover, working with the Sales Executives accordingly.
- Greeting customers to our Retailer and ensuring everyone is properly welcomed, supported and looked after.
- Understanding customer requirements, by listening to their questions and aspirations, creating a non-pressured, non-threatening sales environment.
- Promoting the MINI brand, products and technologies, sharing information, features and benefits in a friendly, understandable way.
- Embracing the latest technology available, including tablets and video, to help customers through the buying process. This includes creating personalised videos to send to customers.
Ideal Candidate
For this role, we are looking for an individual who can demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
- Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
- Immense attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
- Previous customer relations experience.
- You must be IT literate, and hold a full UK driving licence.
Salary – Up to £25,000 Basic with OTE £28,000 per annum
Hours: 5 days out of 7, working Tuesday – Saturday (42.5 - 45 Hours)
