Kingspan Insulation are a leading manufacturer of high-performance rigid insulation within the construction industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Co Ordinator to join the Specialist Roofing Team. As Sales Co Ordinator you will be handling sales calls and enquiries from roofing contractors, distribution, builders merchants, self builders and architects, while covering your own set sales accounts, co-ordinating and processing of orders for Tapered Roofing, Optim-R and flatboard sales. Working as part of a team to maximise your sales accounts order intake figures and to achieve the departments KPI’S. You will also provide support to the Roofing Surveyors and Area Sales Managers who cover our Roofing and Structural products. Maintain the highest levels of customer service and to ensure that quality standards are upheld.
Key responsibilities of our Sales Co-Ordinator:
- Receive orders, check pricing alongside CRM system, advise customers if any alterations required.
- Check design approvals have been received if required.
- Assign tasks using CRM system for other team members.
- Process Tapered roofing, Optim-R and flatboard orders using SAP system.
- To offer the best customer service you can provide, achieving our customers needs whilst being aware of any cost implications to Kingspan.
- Stock checks using SAP system and liaising with production planners to provide accurate delivery dates to the customer.
- Communicating accurately with transport and haulier to arrange bookings of special vehicles through the Sharepoint system.
- Process notifications, returns and credit requests efficiently through the SAP system.
- Rectify delivery shortage issues by investigating and liaising with other team members, transport team, logistics and haulier.
- Resolve loading / admin errors and other issues that may occur at the point of delivery onwards.
What we're looking for in our Sales Co-Ordinator:
- Experienced in offering excellent Customer Service.
- Can work efficiently within a team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Previous order entry and co-ordinator experience would be an advantage
- IT Skills : Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Teams, CRM Systems
- Logical thinking to be able to offer solutions to bring matters to a close.
