Position: Field Salesperson
Jolly Foods is an established, well respected, family-owned food wholesaler. For the past 30 years we have been supplying high quality meat, game, deli products, cheese, fresh fish and frozen products to schools, colleges, hotels, restaurants, pubs and the catering industry throughout Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and surrounding counties. Because we are family managed, we care deeply about our team the service that we provide our customers. Due to sustained growth, we are now looking for an additional Field Sales Person to join our hard-working team.
The Role
As a Field Sales Person you will be in charge of opening new business (70%) as well as managing existing accounts (30%) to create long-term commercial partnerships. You’ll have a wide array of duties including:
· Grow your geographical portfolio of clients - By mapping your market, client visits and events
· Develop existing customer base and ensure profitable sales growth above targets.
· Maximise new business opportunities to increase market share
· Managing price negotiations, sales forecasts, and price increases.
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity you will need:
· Field sales experience within food service
· A highly driven, sales-oriented mindset with commercial acumen
· To enjoy new business and opening new accounts
· Experience working as a chef desirable but not essential
· To be a genuine foodie and knowledge of the sector
· A full clean driving licence
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
