About the role
You will be known as a product consultant/sales advisor. Your role will be heavily sales focused looking after customers every step of the way, from the moment they walk through the door right through to offering them a great aftersales experience. This is all about helping our customer and building strong, positive relationships through every step of the process. We are looking for people who love helping people, have buckets of energy and enthusiasm and can rise to any challenges along the way.
What does the role involve?
· Deal with customer enquiry leads, converting them into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised.
· Face to face sales of a variety of cars including associated products such as warranties.
· Generating and setting appointments with potential customers including test drives.
· Driving the sales process, delivering a flawless service including meeting and greeting, presentation of products, sales, delivery and handover.
· Following up on customer appointments including aftersales care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £23,710.00-£26,438.00 per year
