Job description
We are currently looking for customer service assistants to join our existing team at Shell Kings Lynn.
The applicant has to be over the age of 18 due to nature of the job and will be expected to work various shifts.
We are looking for someone who is:
- flexible and available to work various shifts patterns during the week including weekends. Shifts patterns available are 11:00pm till 7am
- Comfortable working on their own and able to use initiative.
- Confident in dealing with customers with excellent customer service skills.
- Competent, Reliable and Punctual.
Polite, friendly with a bubbly personality.
- Willing to pick up extra shifts to cover sickness/holidays.

Our customer service assistants are the face of the garage and can be very influential in how a customer visit goes.
As a customer service assistant you’ll be expected to;
- Provide great customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Keep the store clean and presentable.
Replenish stock and date rotate.Look clean and professional at all times.Be vigilant and alert.. Understand the hot food/cooking process.
