In this interactive role you’re going to be personally emailing and talking with potential customers, creating new contracts, and transferring your enthusiasm to give fantastic customer service but most importantly securing new contracts. We are looking for a reliable, independent, and driven sales/admin assistant to work from our office in Bristol, but we will make it flexible for trusted candidates to work from home where possible. It's a flexible position (24-32 hours per week, 8 hours per shift), but there is a possibility for over time.
The standard pay rate is £12.15, but there is potential for it to increase up to £14 with bonuses based on your performance.
We are also very flexible in terms of dates and times, so you have an opportunity to decide which dates and times you want to work. This position suits someone who is looking for extra earnings, and we are happy to fit you in on your spare time.
We are looking for someone:
Who has extensive sales experience.
Professional phone manners impeccable English language communication skills, both spoken and written excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Personally, emailing and phoning potential customers, creating new contracts.
Be the main point of contact for clients and customers by email, phone, and in person.
Dealing with incoming enquiries and quotations from customers and clients.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Organising timesheets for staff and processing invoices for clients.
Building business relationships with key customers.
Sales and negotiation skills are essential.
Literacy / Numeracy skills.
Self-motivated and hungry to learn on the job.
