At Humphries & Parks Ltd in West Malling, Kent, we hold old-fashioned values and treat our employees with the respect they deserve, whilst offering a fantastic package with an OTE of £45,000-£60,000pa, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to grow with us.
In this fast-paced role, you'll be part of a thriving dealership that sells 800-1000 units per annum between 5 Sales Executives. You'll be a driving force in the future success of the company, using your communication skills and drive to exceed customer needs and achieve your targets. We offer a competitive basic salary, company car, a fixed 5 day working week with no Sunday work, allowing more time to spend with your family than conventional car sales roles.
As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be in charge of your own destiny with an uncapped commission structure, bringing your energy and commitment to every opportunity will allow high earnings and a huge sense of job satisfaction. You will enjoy a varied role in a busy family run dealership without laborious PLC minded processes.
