Job description - Sales Executive
In this Sales Executive job, you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial, selling the space and services of the largest interior design retail and trade centre in Europe. The ideal candidate will provide support to the Business Development Manager in managing the sale of event space for some of London’s most exciting cultural shows and exhibitions.
Key responsibilities - Sales Executive
In this Sales Executive job, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Visiting potential customers for new business
- Maintaining accurately our sales CRM, records, and cost calculations
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales following quotations
- Gathering market research on customers and buying trends
- Involvement in exciting trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
- Other ad-hoc and promotional duties within the Estate Management Office as requested
Job requirements - Sales Executive
- A degree from university
- Excellent communication and organisational skills both written and verbal
- Some experience in a customer-centric role - working to targets is a plus!
- The tenacity and confidence to reach out to new business
- The ability to quickly establish brilliant working relationships with both businesses and customers
- A desire to negotiate, pitch and close on sales with confidence and passion
- Demonstrable passion for the design, culture and event space
- Excellent problem-solving skills and diligence to handle relationships daily
