First Alarm is currently seeking energetic, self-motivated, and goal driven individuals to join our sales team. Position Overview
Sales Team members generate leads, close sales, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. In selling services including Security, Fire, Camera solutions and other cool stuff, you will experience the rewarding feeling of “selling peace of mind” by protecting people, property and information for homeowners and businesses.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary + commissions
- Earn up to $150K+

More Details
- Develop new sales leads through cold calling, canvassing, networking and referrals
- Follow through on company provided leads the same day
- Perform site surveys to assist in creating unique solutions to meet each client's needs
- Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional manner
- Follow up with everyone timely
- Achieve and exceed targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive communication
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen, and investigative background check
- Must have or be able to obtain Alarm Company Employee (ACE) license
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree or related industry experience preferred
