Ethos Technology is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Prospecting Specialist to join our team and drive our business to new heights.
Previous experience in sales prospecting is essential, and successful candidates have the potential to earn in excess of £50,000 per year!
As a Sales Prospecting Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to discuss our market-leading partner solutions, generate qualified leads and book technical web meetings for our technology specialists. By leveraging your skills in cold calling and engaging with potential customers, you will play a crucial role in promoting our market-leading partner solutions and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B cold calling and targeted prospecting to identify potential business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth through effective lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the Account Managers to provide clear reports on qualified prospects and appointments set.
- Execute callouts for vendor and partner campaigns.
- Update and maintain the contact database and CRM system with accurate prospect information.
- Participate in event and partner call-out days.
- Qualify leads according to the B.A.N.T (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) standard.
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Proven experience in sales prospecting, including cold calling, is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other office applications.
- Ability to comfortably communicate with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams.
- Capable of managing and forecasting sales pipelines.
- Enjoy networking and building professional connections.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Resilient with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
Desirable Qualities:
- Knowledge of IT products (desired but not essential).
Job Type: Full-time Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
