Role Overview:
As an Sales Representative at Elth, you'll play a pivotal role in driving outreach, onboarding, and relationship-building efforts with beauty professionals. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who are sales-driven, customer-focused, and have a passion for the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Sales: Proactively reach out to beauty professionals, introducing them to Elth's platform and showcasing its benefits.
- Outreach methods: Devise and pioneer inventive outreach approaches across diverse mediums to engage our intended audience, primarily consisting of beauty professionals.
- Customer Onboarding: Guide professionals through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience as they set up their personalised online shops.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with beauty professionals, offering ongoing support and assistance.
- Sales Targets: Utilise your sales prowess to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Objection Handling: Address objections effectively, turning hesitations into opportunities.
- Customer Success: Follow up with professionals post-onboarding to understand their needs and ensure their success.
- Beauty Industry Expertise: Leverage your passion for the beauty industry to empathise with professionals and offer tailored solutions.
- Balanced Approach: Combine an engaging, fun demeanour with professionalism that aligns with Elth's values.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer progress.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion for the beauty industry or prior experience within it is a strong plus.
- Energetic persistent attitude with persuasive communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, rapport-building, and empathy.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple activities.
- Ability to excel in a part-time, KPI-driven role.
- Professionalism combined with a dynamic and fun approach.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and relevant tools.
