Job Summary
Working as part of a collaborative and dynamic team within our well established business, specialising within the hospitality sector, we are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual in the role of Sales Support Advisor.
The successful candidate will work closely with and provide administrative support to our Field Sales Representatives and excellent customer service to our existing and new customer base. To demonstrate a high standard of service in every customer interaction and to work alongside the existing team to complete a wide range of varied tasks, including the processing of orders and sales quotations.
Sales experience is not necessarily required, just the ability to learn and succeed. This could be a fantastic route into a well-established family business that will enable you to build your career.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner via the telephone and email.
- Be the point of contact for our customers and develop and maintain relationships to enhance the customer experience.
- Processing quotes and sales orders using our bespoke administration system and CRM system (HubSpot).
- Support to the Field Sales Representatives.
- Effective handling of customer data and payments in line with PCI and GDPR policies.
- Liaise with third party couriers to track shipments of customers’ orders.
- Work with suppliers to source stock to fulfil customer orders.
- Ensuring good inter-departmental communication.
Essential Skills:
- Some Customer service and administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.

Desirable Skills:
- Some knowledge of Sales desirable, but not essential as training will be given.
