Who We Are:
We are a privately owned, outsourced, direct sales & marketing company. We focus on face to face sales through events, B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. By meeting potential customers directly, it allows our representative to develop a rapport, provide real-time answers to queries and provide visual demonstrations and product samples.
Graduate Management Trainee Role:
Main Responsibilities of our trainees:
Work on marketing and sales trainee campaigns for world-renowned brands with our internal teams of Sales Executives.
Generate leads and customer acquisition
Set up and present client services to potential customers.
One on one interaction with customers and tailoring products to their specific needs.
Training and managing other individuals within the industry.
Experience is not a necessity as we train new candidates with all the necessary skills in order to excel in this role, from customer to client interaction.
*Sales or marketing experience would be beneficial but not required as all new starts will undergo full training. You will receive product and skills training and you will gain hands-on and practical business experience.*

Requirements:
- You must be over 17 years of age.
- Eligible to work independently in the UK due to client regulations.
- You do not require Visa sponsorship to work in the UK
- You must be available to start within a week
