Job description
We are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our fast-growing, award-winning group.
The role will suit either an experienced person or trainee with full and ongoing training provided. Training will be on a 1:1 basis, including practical and paper-based learning, plus the successful applicant will be encouraged to complete a Level 3 Award in Residential Sales.
The ideal candidate will need to be enthusiastic, highly motivated, and organised. The individual will need to have basic computer skills including an understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday & every other Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator
Dealing with emails and phone calls.
Booking of viewings and valuations.
Prospecting for new business and generating new leads.
Conducting viewings.
Nurturing a database of potential buyers and sellers.
Property marketing.
Contributing towards growing the company.
Providing an excellent customer experience.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Negotiator
Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
A Full UK driving licence.

Salary: £22,500.00-£26,500.00 per year depending on experience, with uncapped potential for future earnings with progression.
