Decking Delivery Bristol are a fast growing timber retailer that serves both the public and trade operating out of a busy site near Thornbury, BS35.
We are looking for a versatile and adaptable person due to the different demands of each day. Working in the office this role will primarily be answering customer queries via the phone and email, taking orders and helping with route planning for deliveries.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls to customers and taking orders over the phone.
- Responding to customer emails and queries.
- Raising invoices to customers and chasing payment when required.
- Supporting the office manager in the logistics of the deliveries.
- General office paperwork and admin when required.
- Liaising with drivers and the office manager to ensure all delivery’s are being made accurately and timely.
Must be computer literate, polite, positive and well spoken. Ideally you will have background work experience in the same or similar sector but this isn't a must, your character and other relevant sales experience will be taken into consideration.
This role requires someone with a hard-working nature that is happy to get stuck in when required in a range of responsibilities.
