Job description
Dalston Mill Fabrics is a family run business who have been involved in the textiles industry for over 40 years operating both online and in store. From crafters and dressmakers to small designers and hobbyists we are on our way to becoming the one stop shop they need. We are currently hiring to add to our in-store team.
What you do
Act as the point of contact for customers on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service and always acting with a customer-first mindset when answering customer questions.
Take pride in the appearance and standards within the store, keeping the store as clean and beautiful as it was on Day 1 including stock rotation and resetting shelves. Tidying fabric and other products away after use.
Maintain and continuously improve knowledge of products, processes, and offers in store in order to give customers accurate and helpful information.
Work in a physical environment, which may include activities like lifting fabric rolls, standing and reaching above your head during your shift.
We are looking for Monday - Saturday staff. Following Hours.
Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
Saturday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Experience with fabric preferable but not nessesary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour
