Sales Assistant is a Watford office-based role.
- The basic Salary starts from £25,000 (depending on your experience)
- + Up to 3% (£700+ pcm commission!)

CreoGlass Design is a privately owned company providing the largest range of decorative glass to the commercial and retail sectors and specialists in installation, graphic design, coating, and training services.
You’ll be based in our Factory Showroom Office and will join a friendly and supportive team. We have built an impressive portfolio of high-profile clients and have big plans for the future! We pride ourselves on our professional integrity, diligence and collaborative approach.
Role and Responsibilities
- Sales and making estimates for all enquiries that come through email enquiries, phone, social media or through the door.
- Discussing ideas and helping customers with decisions.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with retail customers, tradespeople, contractors, developers, glass processors, KBB designers, and architects.
- Booking customer visits and surveys in the calendar.
- Maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels within the company and with all subcontractor companies.
- Recording and monitoring sales activities and performance on CRM and regularly reporting to the managing director.
- Work with sales manager and marketing team on business development strategies and activities.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-year experience in sales.
- Skilled with emails, social media, chrome, and google drive.
- Experience in using CRMs
- Drivers Licence (beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent written and spoken English
