Job Title: Sales Valuer / Lister
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, 10 am to 4 pm)
Location: Hyde Park
Salary: Competitive (Basic salary + enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits+ £5,000 Car Allowance)
Job Description: As a Sales Lister, you will be responsible for conducting property appraisals, building relationships with Vendors, and marketing properties in the Hyde Park and the surrounding areas. Your expertise and knowledge of the local market will enable you to provide Vendors with valuable advice and provide effective property marketing strategies. You will create compelling property listings to attract potential buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property appraisals and market assessments to accurately determine property listing prices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, providing expert advice on property marketing strategies.
- Create engaging and persuasive property listings that highlight unique features and attract potential buyers.
- Utilize various marketing channels and networking opportunities to proactively promote properties.
- Answer inquiries, and present offers to Vendors
- Stay updated on sales market trends and regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Valuer or similar role within the property industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Hyde Park property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with Clients and Applicants.
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple properties.
- A valid driver's license to drive in the UK
