Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsiple for increasing the sales of Ceanesse in the kitchen cabinet and millwork market. This position will create sales by calling on new customers, developing new relationships as well as managing existing jobs and clients.
Position Details:
- A commission is paid on product sales, before tax excluding shipping and install.
- Commission payments are calculated when deposit and final payments are collected by Ceanesse for the job and paid out on the 15th and last day of each month.
- All quotations created by the Sales Representative will be filed at Ceanesse in a common job folder / file at the time of the quotation. Quotations that are not created with the automated system must be reviewed by Ceanesse prior to being provided to the customer.
- All contracts for jobs must be complete (including all details for the job), signed by the customer and Sales Representative and submitted to Ceanesse for filing.
- The Sales Representative is responsible for the customer interface from the time when a quote is submitted until the completion of the job. Completion is when all contracted work has been completed, the customer has signed off on the initial contract indicating the work has been completed to their satisfaction and the final payment has been collected by Ceanesse.

- The intent is for this position to become full commission, however Ceanesse is prepared to guarantee a base salary for a period of time to allow the Sales Representative to build a customer base.
Skills Required

- Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must have a good human relations skills.
- Must have very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong prospecting skills.
- Must have experience in the kitchen cabinet industry.
Job Expectations:
- Maintain Client Database.
- Establish Partnerships / Alliances.
- Expected Sales of $800,000.00 – $1,000,000.00.
