Customer Service/Sales Executive
Due to continued growth, Cabinets Direct Ltd, are looking to appoint a customer service executive, located at our Clay Lake, Spalding premises. This exciting opportunity will see you join a small but friendly and energetic team working in a fast-paced business. Cabinets Direct manufactures bespoke MFC units for the Kitchen, and Bedroom industry and this position will ideally suit a candidate with excellent problem-solving skills, a methodical and organised approach tand great customer service skills.

Supporting the Commercial Manager / Purchasing Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing:
-Primarily working with the sales processing system (Easy Quote) you will be responsible for the sales order process, from raising quotes for customers, booking deliveries, and raising purchase orders for both internal and external stakeholders
- Customer Service with existing and new customers
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- Collaboration with other departments & managers
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Answering phone calls and either dealing with the query or passing to relevant manager/department
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with focused attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task / manage your own time, in a fast-paced office environment
- Be able to liaise with all departments
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Self Motivated and able to work well in a team
- Excellent IT & Telecom skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be ideal but not essential as training will be provided
- Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom (KBB) knowledge is not essential but an advantage
Working Hours - Mon - Thur 9-5, Friday 8.30-4.30 (30min Lunch Break) 37.5hour working week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
